Negotiations in Business

The aim:
1. Acquiring knowledge about the theoretical and legal aspects of using negotiations in business.
2. Acquiring practical knowledge about the use of negotiation techniques in business.
3. Acquiring the ability to apply negotiation techniques in practice.

Acquired knowledge:
1. Student determines the scope of legal solutions specific to a given institution.
2. Student has extensive knowledge of negotiations.

Acquired skills:
1. Student uses theoretical knowledge in the field of law and other scientific disciplines to solve basic practical problems, is able to forecast and model complex legal processes.
2. Student efficiently uses normative systems, norms and rules, and is able to use them to solve specific problems.

Acquired social skills:
1. Student is prepared for active and professional activity in organizations and institutions, demonstrates understanding and ability to perform roles in organizations and institutions, is able to take a position in a debate with representatives of other legal cultures.
2. Student is prepared to create and implement social tasks and projects, is able to separate legal and non-legal aspects in this regard, and is able to present arguments and counter-arguments in disputes.

3. The course of negotiations.
4. Principles of negotiations in business.
5. Negotiation techniques.
6. Exercises.
