Human Rights in Digital Age
The aim:
1. The student learns about the human rights system.
2. The student becomes familiar with the specifics of new technologies.
3. The student analyzes the impact of new technologies on human rights.
4. The student learns about human rights case law in the context of technological challenges.

2. Technological challenges to human rights
3. Right to privacy and data protection in the digital age
4. Freedom of expression and access to information in the digital environment
5. Artificial intelligence’s impact on human rights
6. Right to court in the context of informatisation
7. Human rights and the development of new technologies in medicine
8. Human dignity as a normative ground for human rights
9. Analysis of the European Court of Human Rights’ case-law regarding new technologies
