Objective: 
1. To provide students with contemporary accomplishments in the field of human resource management.
2. To describe how organizations attract, develop, and maintain human resources.
3. To discuss specific human resource management issues.

Contents: 
1. Organizational context of human resource management. 2. Notion of human resource management. 3. Strategic importance of human resource management. 4. Importance of organizational mission and sense of mission for human resource management. 5. Human resource management process, methods and techniques. 6. Human resource management ideas. 7. Human resource policies.
