Objective:
The aim of the course is to provide basic knowledge about freedom of speech on two levels: legal-philosophical and legal-dogmatic.
The aim:
Basic knowledge about the problems of freedom of speech
Acquired knowledge:
Knowledge of the most important arguments in the debate about freedom of speech.
Knowledge of selected legal regulations on freedom of speech
Acquired skills:
The skill to recognize the acceptable range of speech
The skill to use legal arguments in the issue of freedom of speech
Developed reflection:
Mindfulness on the scope of permissible speech
Assessment:
The final grade consists of: term papers (50%), class activity (50%).
