The aim:
1. Student knows basics of digital business and e-commerce management.

Acquired knowledge:
1. Student knows key issues in digital environment.
2. Student knows the sources of e-commerce law.

1. Student can identify legal rules for digital markets.
2. Student understands strategy and applications of digital business.

Acquired social skills:
1. Student can discuss basic concepts and applications for digital business and e-commerce.
2. Student can formulate and present arguments in legal language.

3. Understanding modern customers.
4. Managing digital business. Strategies. Best practices. Case study: Amazon, Google, Facebook.
5. Legal framework for digital environment – digital conctracts for goods and services.
6. Privacy and data protection.
7. Digital marketing. Strategies and best practices. Case study: Amazon, social media.
