The aim:
1. To provide knowledge of capital market.
2. To explain the essential regulation Capital Market and determining the basic principles governing Capital Market Law.
3. To acquaint students with concepts, principles and theories in the field of capital market.

1. Student has the knowledge of the basis of capital market.
2. Student has the knowledge of the EU’s and domestic capital market.
3. Student has the knowledge of the character and basic regulation of the law of capital market.
4. Student have the knowledge of the fundamental legal institutions in the area of capital market.

2. Student is able to identify legal issues concerning financial instruments.
