The aim:
1. To acquaint students with certain aspects of the administrative legal environment of business.
2. To acquaint students with main features of domestic and European administrative procedures regarding business.

Acquired knowledge:
1. Students have knowledge of functions and tasks of public administration regarding business.
2. Students have knowledge of legal status of entrepreneur.
3. Students have knowledge of administrative procedures regarding business.

Acquired skills:
1. Students are able to analyze and apply provisions of economic law and administrative law.
2. Students are able to systematize and assess administrative provisions regarding business.
3. Students are able to assess administrative policies towards business.

Acquired social skills:
1. Students understand the need of improve and update their knowledge.
2. Students are able to present and defend in public their position regarding public administration and administrative policies towards business.

Course contents: 
1. Legal forms of entrepreneurs.
2. Administrative legal regulations regarding economic activity. Economic activity of foreign persons in Poland.
3. Branch offices and representative offices of foreign entrepreneurs.
4. Types of entrepreneurs’ register systems and registration authorities.
5. Concessions, permits and regulated economic activity.
6. Acquisition of real estate by foreigners in Poland.
7. Public procurement law.
