Theory and Practice of Entrepreneurship
The aim:
1. The goal of this lecture is to present historical and modern entrepreneurship theories.
2. This course provides students an understanding of the challenges and risks for the enterprises.
Acquired knowledge:
1. Student knows the role of entrepreneurship within society.
2. Student can explain the ethical, legal and social issues of enterprise activity
Acquired skills:
1. Student is skilled in analysing business structures.
2. Student is able to describe influence of taxation on business decisions.
Acquired social skills:
1. Student is able to define and to solve business problems.
2. Student is aware of the impact of economic system on business activity.

3. Organizational structures of business organizations.
4. Business Risk.
5. Tax optimization and anti-avoidance measures.
6. International Entrepreneurship.
7. Corporate Social Responsibility.
