The aim:

2. Learn how to assess the knowledge, skills and abilities within organization

1. Enable students to recognize the opportiunities and challenges facing contemporary management.
2. Learn how HRM is response to internal and external factors.

Acquired skills:
1. Developing managerial skills in motivation and leadership.
2. Developing managerial skills in cooperation.

Acquired social skills:
1. Understanding of diversity, organizational culture and structure.
2. Understanding management challenges and roles in multinational business.

3. The concept of organisation, culture of organisation.
4. The process of managing people; conflict in the organisation.
5. Work assessment.
6. Career and promotion management.
7. Types of Discriminations; New technology of human resource management.
8. Motivation.
